I love Chipotle Fresh Mexican Grill. Not like the namby-pamby love you have for your family or significant other. I mean REAL love. If you do too, this blog should brighten your day (assuming you have Chipotle within reach...)

did you know that there is a secret/special chipotle in chelsea? run by 2007 james beard award winner nate appleman, this location makes everything from scratch (instead of getting their stuff from a warehouse in chicago like the other ones), tries to use as much local ingredients as possible, has a special menu, and is sort of a brainstorming facility for the entire chipotle chain.
they have the regular items and they are gooood. it’s like chipotle but the meat is cook perfectly (whereas at the normal chipotles, the steak can be pretty tough and the chicken can be sickeningly undercooked…i say this from experience). the ingredients taste fresher - especially the cheese which at the regular chipotles doesn’t have as much flavor and tastes staler. and it’s all the same price!
If this is true, I must go there.
